Kudos to G&L & Craig

The place to discuss, post photos, video, and audio of the G&L products (US instruments, stomp boxes, etc.) produced after 1991, including the amps & gear we use with them.

Kudos to G&L & Craig

Post by SamIV »

I posted about my ASAT Deluxe Carved Top a few months ago. Had an issue with it buzzing on the E and A strings from frets 3 through around ten. Had a fret level on it that did not cure the issue. Spoke with Chris at G&L in California about my issues after Craig here helped me get in touch with this guitar tech at G&L. I was supposed to send it to him months ago and he was going to have a look at it. Well one of my son's had a medical issue which put us back in the hospital several times over the last 6 months. Also took most of my and my wife's spare time taking care of him. Finally got it to him a few weeks ago and G&L took care of the issue without any charges to me even though I bought it from a dealer on ebay who was not a G&L dealer. I did not know that at the time of purchase though.

Just wanted to say thanks for Craig at this forum for helping me get in touch with G&L and the pleasure of dealing with the tech and G&L. With all that has been going on in my family life, this was a welcome change. These guitars play great and sound very good by the way. I also have an American ASAT, but I play this one more.

Great to hear the issues were resolved. I have also had positive results with G&L. Craig is a class act!-- Darwin

Did you mean to say Craig in the last sentence?

I don't know the history of this but it is great to hear that everything has been taken care of.
