Contact for warranty work/replacement?

Hi there- just took delivery of a new USA rampage and I'm in need of some warranty work or a replacement guitar. I don't see any e-mail contact for the guys at G&L on the website and am wondering how to get in contact with the right person. I work at a guitar store in Canada where it was ordered but all questions and orders usually go through a third party distributor (kief music). I would like to speak directly with G&L to avoid confusion and hopefully speed the process if possible.

For warranty repairs in USA and Canada please contact the dealer where you purchased your G&L.

This seems pretty clear about what you should do.

Sorry, I must not have been clear in my post. I work at the dealer where I purchased the guitar. In canada all communication is usually done through our Kief music rep (who is the G&L distributor in Canada). I would like to speak to G&L direct.
