Well Craig, I'm totally shocked that you didn't put up my idea of a Comanche 12-string, but I realized you're looking for a "reissue".
So, for that reason, I'm not voting in your poll!! So there!
Okay, seriously...for a re-issue, I could see going with an original Comanche body--the ones with the long horns. Sexy.
The Cavalier is one guitar I would like to have. I love this body shape from the Sabre (It is NOT a Mustang, people!!!!), but Cavalier's have a reputation for a really bright piercing tone. So you might have to change the pickup design for a more modern voicing. And then it's not a re-issue, is it?

I see that the prototype Bari has this same body--looks like a Sabre, except for the guard and the headstock tit. The HG-2 holds some appeal, again due to the body shape--a three pickup version would be really cool in my opinion.
I think from a marketing standpoint, the best bet might be an Interceptor x-body. And expecially if it came as a TRIBUTE series guitar. Why not capture some of the pointy guitar market with G&L quality. Let's get these kids out of their Jacksons, Schecters, Deans, and B.C. Rich guitars and into a G&L.

Now, three pickups or two?
I know a lot of people like the G-200. Personally, I think it's one of the
ugliest guitars I've ever seen. The Nighthawk/Skyhawk/S-500 also hold little appeal for me, though the hard-rock/metal crowd might like them.
And actually, I think it would be really cool if G&L reissued the Sabre, complete with low-impedance pickups and a preamp. I might revoice the preamp to add a mid-boost, along with the bright switch. My three-pickup Sabre II is incredibly versatile--and I can drive 100 feet of cable and 36 pedals with ZERO signal loss. Surely those boys at BBE could contribute something spectacular for this. I'd add a DF-Vibrato, just to truly make it a "hybrid from hell." There seems to be a lot of interest in the Sabre lately, and vintage pieces seem to be pickup in value. A more modern take on the Sabre would be the kind of innovation and refinement that Leo would approve of, and I think G&L would sell a bunch of them.
My one question would be: Why are you interested in re-issuing guitars that weren't successful in the market the first time around???
But I gotta tell ya Craig; make me a G&L Comanche XII like I've spec'ed out--and you can put me down for TWO.
