Just received ASAT Jr #188 of 250 and very pleased at first feel.
(arrived two days ago and I was out of town but got her in my hands today)
First impression beyond the cherry red color was it is a featherweight. Mahogany but SH is very easy to pick up and play. Have only played a short bit but I like the tone. Kind of reminds me of a Guild Bluesbird, another gitar I like. Seems to keep the right amount of big MFD but there's a little growl that can come out. Again, this is only a few minutes of playing time but this will be a keeper.
Thanks to the folks at GC in Kirkland WA for this GAS moment.
Any other Jr owners with suggestions or comments on yer experience?

Sweet creamery butter! That is a nice one. Good catch on that one Sam.
