Leo handwritten on neck square
Though I have seen this topic on the forum from years ago no one seemed to have a definitive answer. Just wondering if anyone knows. It’s an early 92 neck that has number one and LEO written in pen at the base of the neck

Re: Leo handwritten on neck square
Given that Leo Fender passed in 3/21/1991, it is unlikely that the Leo in the neck pocket was Leo Fender. There was atleast one other Leo who worked at theCpcleckler wrote:Though I have seen this topic on the forum from years ago no one seemed to have a definitive answer. Just wondering if anyone knows. G&L factory, see this post: O.K. by Leo in neck pocket?.
Hope this helps.

I get that but my thought was parts will be inspected way before assembled installed. Anyhow after more research I saw things that pointed to it actually being LEG for a legacy. Interesting either way
