Are the 3 screw plate guitar necks basically interchangeable

I have an '83 S-500 and would like to replace the neck. Doesn't seem like there are many options so I was wondering if the neck from any of the other guitars of the same era might do as a drop in replacement.

And in case there is someplace that sells replacement necks for G&Ls could someone give me a like or a phone number?

I've found they are interchangable.

There's is a thread with replacement neck info (try searching the forum for Musikraft).
