Some setup info posted in the past on the GbL ...

Post by Craig »

I did some searching today ... and put together this post of links on setup info ...

The G&L Magnetic Field Design pickups
G&L's DF Vibrato System
G&L Saddle-Lock bridge
The G&L non-compression truss rod
Can you explain the PTB circuit?

What should the pickup height setting be?
Tech Tip - Pickup Height
Pick-up height for Z-Coil?
Pickup Height for MFD Pickups

How-To Guide
Set-Ups, answering some questions
Comanches For Dummies Redux by BoogieBill
String alignment issues and a simple cure
What can I do when my Legacy Trem Won't Stay in Tune?
Legacy US floating bridge set up / Hard tail

If these don't help, try this link: LINK: G&L Technical Questions & Tips (sorted by Subject) to see what is currently in this sub-forum.

Hope this helps.

PS. I'm sure that I have missed some really helpful posts that other's have found useful, so If you run across more posts on this site which you think
should be added to this list, let me know.

Please do post your questions on those posts. It will bring them to the attention of other members. I'm sure someone will be able
to provide an answer (or two).

I just took a look and this thread is locked, maybe because it is so old. I'll post what is probably a pretty easy question if you can unlock it. :)
