'92 ASAT Classic Micro-Tilt Setup

Post by waynerd »

Hi all,

I found a beautiful '92 clear forest green ASAT classic. I feel like the neck angle is off. I got it playing better but it still needs a better adjustment. I found the manual for the 3-bolt guitars but I haven't been able to find the instructions for an ASAT with the ashtray bridge. All the instructions I found are for the saddle lock bridges. Any advice?

Use the Owner's Manual, Version 2 (1988-2008) and follow the settings for the Saddle Lock bridge on the AC bridge. Also, check out this post:
Set-Ups, answering some questions.

Hope this helps.
