Wanted to say 'Hello" and say that I'm just a guitar player living on the NJ Shore USA for the better part of my life. I'm also a full time musician and guitar teacher at a local studio.
I bought my first G&L Legacy in March of 1995 after attending my first NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA. I was coming from a metal background revolving around Jacksons, Kramers, Ibanez and Washburns. I visited the Fender booth and didn't like any of the guitars. I had heard about G&L through magazines and literally stumbled by the booth. (I was a twenty year old first timer to Cali...)
I picked up a Legacy and knew I would buy one. It felt perfect in my hands and couldn't wait to get back to Jersey to order one. Lucky for me, the music store I was teaching at had become a G&L dealer. I ordered a Cherry Legacy and the rest was history

18 years and 3 more G&Ls later, I'm think I've convinced more people to buy G&L over Fender.
