reolacement tuners
Howdy, I have an F-100 that I got used with cheap non-original tuners. Can someone please recommend some nice ones that I can replace these with? Thanks very much.

Re: reolacement tuners
I think those guitars came with tuners that were made by Schaller with a G&L brand--similar to the ones on my Music Man Sabre II.
You might do some digging and see if a similar vintage-type tuner is still being made by Schaller.
Other than that, the modern Schaller or Sperzels, locking or non, would be my first choice. Or, mini-Grovers.
You could also do something like a vintage Fender/Kluson--which would probably lighter in weight than the others.
Good luck!
