Anyone know of a Tablature App?

Guitar Pro is a tab program with playback / play along capability. If you are talking apple support, I think they do that. Otherwise, afraid I can't help, I have no device that does 'apps'.

there are programs that will notate a piece of music like finale. break it down to midi info basically, but the best ting is to do it by ear, nothing better to improve you musically. slow it down.

I use Guitar Tapp on my android phone.
Doesn't work out the TAB, will play the tab if you can find it in the search..

if the song is well known, many youtube videos uploaded giving instructions
other than that, i imagine technology is a way off being able to listen to a song and provide tab...
That being said, it would be possible to give a general idea. listening to notes and converting to tab..

when i was in school, we learned to read music at the same time as reading books. by 3rd grade every single person knew how to read music.

I can read music, I still prefer to notate using tablature though. I was also a band geek at one point in time though. I actually prefer a combination of both as I find I read rhythms easier on proper music, but prefer the implied fingerings of tablature, as it helps me to keep my ideas straight when composing, or keep feasibility more in mind. Thing is when I am composing, tab is only there for ease of playing, as all the ideas are distilling from 'reading actual music', inversions, intervals, etc. A very odd thing I do I suppose.

It is easier to convey general musical ideas, like voice leading, using music, it is easier to look at your idea and hammer it out to play with tab. I never did like reading stacks of notes for chords, or heaven forbid inversions on the fly. There are strengths and weaknesses to each, hence using both.

Melodyne seems to be what you are looking for, but it's not available as a phone/tablet app It can do what you are asking but not the way you would expect. It interprets a section of music and will display ALL of the pitches in midi format. If there are vocal harmonies, guitar parts, a bass line and keyboard line, it will display all of them. Sometimes it can separate each individual instrument but it's far from perfect.

I've used it correct vocal pitches in final mix tunes, but I've also used to to figure out solo violin parts. It will work for guitar...
