NGD and anybody know a good music store in Alaska ??

NGD ... got my 7 year old grandson a Ibanez Mikro today ..... the bad news is he and my 9 yr old grandson are moving to Alaska next weekend (grama not taken it good and me either) as they will be gone it least a year ):

wich brings up the question .... I would love to find a good music store they can take lesson at in Ankerage (sp?) ... was hoping maybe one of you guy's might have a recomendation .... I know its a long shot

i would avoid the stores and look at private teachers. most good teachers are not gonna want to give the store a cut, and a lot of stores just want a body there to teach, don't really care if they are any good.

How would one find out who is a good teacher or not over there ?? ..... I feel helpless not being with them in Alaska
