New Lefty Vintage Cream Legacy

This guitar left the factory on 2.20.13 and I purchased it last week, hard to get much newer than that. I wondered if the settings for string height were with a capo at the fist fret or just open strings: http://guitarsbyleo.com/FORUM/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=3371
