I'm waiting an Invader+ Deluxe (Mahogany, FB: Ebony and Dual Fulcrum). I wonder what song I will play the first time I touch it (her? it is a woman im my heart!)...
So it is a stupid question anyway, but we can have fun in answering it!

I find whenever a used guitar comes into the house...I play the ending of the song that the last guy had begun before sending the guitar out .
I don't know what I would play with a new guitar.
Congrats on the incoming plus deluxe. I used to have an Invader deluxe that had a floyd rose...I would have preferred a DF.
That was a nice one to have around even with the little hassles a FR bridge brings...I do miss it at times
So...let us know what song inspires you when She comes.... ....in .
After tuning up, I try new-to-me guitars with a chord melody arrangement of Someday My Prince Will Come. No special meaning behind the song (and I'm not waiting for a prince to come, BTW), but the chords I use are widely-spaced voicings and cover the neck from the 6th to the 14th frets. If there are major problems with intonation or fret buzz, they are going to show up in those 32 bars...

Hey that's a good idea that one!
I cannot answer this, but there's only one woman in my heart and fortunately I'm married to her.
I did the same and my loved wife likes guitar too -I meant the guitar is not a simple thing, they are more friends for me
