I just got my Legacy, and I was hoping there would be someone that knows an easy way to reduce the hum. This will be a new experience for me, and I have a Fender and a Gibson with single coils, so I don't mind a little hum. I want easy. Even though I am new here, the people are as nice as on the UMGF. Forums do not get any better than this.
Thanks for your time and knowledge,

the suhr silent backplate is the best solution, but the shape of the backplate is different. still works though.

I have no hum problems with my single coils, just by using a modeler from Line6

Since Suhr do not sell the backplates anymore (they do only factory modifications for Suhr guitar owners), here is a name of another solution: Ilitch Back Plate Noise Canceling Systems – Strat BPNCS.louis cyfer wrote:the suhr silent backplate is the best solution, but the shape of the backplate is different. still works though.
