Difference between #2 and #2 B neck?

The place to discuss, post photos, video, and audio of the G&L products (US instruments, stomp boxes, etc.) produced after 1991, including the amps & gear we use with them.

Difference between #2 and #2 B neck?

Post by Ribsspare »

So I'm trying to understand this:

#2 Neck:

Nut width: 1 5/8"
Radius: 7 1/2"
1st fret depth: 0.830"
12th fret depth: 0.960"

AND

#2 B Neck:

Nut width: 1 5/8"
Radius: 7 1/2"
1st fret depth: 0.790"
12 fret depth: 0.910"

So basically they are both the same necks but the #2 B neck is just a little skinnier. Is that right?
