Reverse Control Plate-ASAT Z-3

I like the reverse control plate on my tobacco burst Z-3. Tonight I decided to do this to my hollowbody Red Z-3 with the Bigsby. I moved the controls, soldered a longer ground wire to the selector switch and started reassembly only to discover the the two control plate to body screws would not line up with the original holes. Upon closer inspection I discovered the the holes in the plate are not exactly the same distance in from the edge. It is not noticeable until you closely inspect it. So everything is back to original. Being it is in the chambered area there was not enough space to relocate the holes. I can live with this. So measure the proximity of the holes on the control plate before attempting to do this on your ASAT.-- Darwin
