'08 tribute legacy sting spacing at bridge?

Post by rhm700 »

hi guy. i want to put a seymour duncan jb in the bridge of my '08 tribute legacy, but i need to know the string spacing to know what size to get. oh yeah, i want to put it in slanted like kurt cobain and billie joe. if anyone has done this before let me know how they had it installed, if the body was already routed for a humbucker, and how it sounds.

G&L uses the Seymour Duncan TB-4 humbucker for their USA Legacy HB model.
The Tribute Legacy will also be bathtub routed, so you just need a new pickguard with
the bridge humbucker cutout. Sorry, don't know about the slanted HB's.

Hope this helps.
