One of my ex-students just bought a G&L!

The place to discuss, post photos, video, and audio of the G&L products (US instruments, stomp boxes, etc.) produced after 1991, including the amps & gear we use with them.

One of my ex-students just bought a G&L!

Post by Sean Clavin »

He called me the other night and was thinking about buying another guitar. He was looking at some Teles and a PRS when I suggested he check out G&L because he liked mine so much. He headed to Hoover Music in Springfield MO and played a bunch of G&L's. He thought he might check out the Tributres but decided on an American Series. After careful thought, he went with the Blues Boy in Orange. He liked the #3 neck and really liked the color!! He said he played it at church a couple of times and likes it better than his '52 RI. (I knew he would). Now all I have to do is get him over here for an occasional lesson to get to see this new baby!!!!

Post pics? #3 neck? Would be interested to hear his / your views on that. Am looking to buy a BB next year. Has been suggested that I go for a #3 neck.

Maybe I'll get him to join this forum so he can post pics, but he's a driver and gone a lot, so pics might be slow in coming.
