Last moments of waiting for gear always seem to be the longest.

Just got the pedal, plugged it in for a couple of seconds, it sounded killer through my Hooligan Derringer!! What sucks is I have students till 7, then I have an acoustic gig till midnight, gotta sleep then go shooting in the morning, students till 6, so I guess I'll really test drive it at the gig friday night! I have no doubt it will be cool.

Looking forward to the report, Sean. You read very little about either of them.

Just got home from the gig, so while it's fresh in my mind.....

The pedal did very well. I used it after my Wha (ASAT, Wha, G&L Double Barrel, Hooligan Amp). I also brought my 63 CS Nos Tele to play. With the ASAT it was very cool how it would push the 15watt amp into overdrive. I played around with the low and high knobs, but found them to not be very effective on the tone. Possibly at lower volumes or with a cleaner amp it might have made a difference. With the Tele it helped it to punch through the mix and really gave it that little extra for solos that I need with single coils in this amp. Overall first impression for this pedal, Cool, volume boost to the front end of a cranked up amp / disappointed with the lack of tone variation in the low and high knobs. Still a very usable pedal. More to come in the next few weeks and some sound clips when I get some free time.
