G&L String Tree - An option?

Post by Lefty »

Okay, so I am the second owner of a relatively new G&L ASAT Special Custom. It does the have (what I thought was) the standard string tree. See photo:

Is it even possible to order a ASAT without a string tree? :shocked028:

Thanks for any insight. :?

I've have seen a couple of G&L guitars without string trees and suspect that they were custom ordered that way.
I will check with my contacts at the factory and see if a customer can custom order an instrument without the string tree.

Stay tuned.
