Meat Loaf on stage with his custom Rampage

Post by Craig »

Dave just posted this on G&L's Facebook page:
G&L Musical Instruments
Check out Meat Loaf on stage with his custom Rampage sporting Aussie flag graphics.
We built this for his Guilty Pleasure tour he's doing down under. - Dave

Image
G&L Musical Instruments FACTORY INSIDER -- This guitar is a Tribute Series Rampage that we sent to
a gentleman named John Cross who runs a company called Scary Creative. These are the people who did the
graphics on the Jerry Cantrell Blue Dress. John and his team have come up with what they call a "body wrap"
with the artwork. The Aussie Flag they came up with is all one piece of art applied to the front of the guitar ....
a very cool technique for adding complicated artwork to an instrument.

That's why he's learning guitar. His days as a vocalist are surely numbered.

The band and female vocals were pretty slick, but Mr Loaf has certainly seen better days .... much better days. I notice that either Mr Loaf's management or the AFL have been pretty quick to have youtube remove all the clips. I've seen a couple of other clips from the current tour and the AFL grand final was - unfotunately - not a one off.

... at least we can be confident that the G&L will be stay in tune.

Yeah, I noticed that too. There isn't a single one on there!
