Jeff Byrd's Hot Rod ASAT Special - "Lucky"

Post by Craig »

This was originally posted August, 2005 in the old GbL Gallery in the Owner Custom section:
"This hot rod ASAT Special is a result of a love for Clarence White's Tele, Brian Setzer's Gretch guitars, and John Jorgenson's ASATs.
My Father-in-law and I made the dice tuning pegs and control knobs. I did the paint job with automotive paint and holographic metal flake from
a hobby store. When you turn the guitar, the flake changes color from red to blue to green. The case has a black/white leopard spotted interior.
I didn't know what I was doing but, I got "lucky"!!!" - Jeff Byrd.
