recieved an email from, mr. grom just a bit ago, he said he will send two new solid shaft pots along directly, no charge. my new asat custom will be 100%. i am very grateful for his quick and positive response. this goes a very long way for me, as it would for anyone, as it relates to customer service , and customer loyalty. there is in fact, a great level of regard for the customer, of which, i was not aware. thank you, mr. grom, and to the gentleman who forwarded my email to him...... fred w.
