Has anybody ever had to return a G&L/BBE pedal for warranty?

The place to discuss, post photos, video, and audio of the G&L products (US instruments, stomp boxes, etc.) produced after 1991, including the amps & gear we use with them.

Has anybody ever had to return a G&L/BBE pedal for warranty?

Post by milo »

I've have a few of the older BBE pedals (Boosta Grande, Main Squeeze, and Mind Bender) and they've worked great and seem to be built like tanks. However, I just found out that my Supa-Charger is putting out 19.5 volts when either of the two 16 volt feeds are switched into the 16V position so it looks like I'm going to have to call next week and send it in under warranty. I think I smoked one pedal because of this.

Anyway, if you used the warranty service was it a quick turnaround time and relatively painless?

Hi Milo,

It doesn't look like anyone of our members have had to use BBE Sounds' Hardware Support.
If you have not checked the BBE Sound website for their support information, here is the link: BBE Sound Contact and Support Information.

They will take care of your problem in a quick and painless way, I am sure.

Hope this helps.
