Im a newbie here so I have a couple of questions. Just bought a Bluesboy semi hollow no f holes, on the headstock it says Asat Classic. It is the same weight as my american standard tele, wondering if they sent me the wrong guitar. Also the fret ends are
real sharp also the jack input seems loose and even shorts at times. I love the guitar but has these few problems.

Re: Bluesboy or not
The headstock decal is correct. It is an ASAT Classic model (ASAT Classic Bluesboy). There are two hollow chambers on both sides of the center block.herbdawg wrote:Im a newbie here so I have a couple of questions. You can try the knuckle test on the top of the body to hear for a different tone. Also, you can lift the control plate and look underneath
for the hollow chamber. The body wood is Swamp Ash for an ASAT Classic Bluesboy and wood can vary in weight.
If you bought it new from a G&L dealer, take it to them and have them attend to the fret sprout and replace the output jack under warranty.
Hope this helps.
