what is the vintage of this S-500

It's hard to tell the vintage of the S-500 from the video clip. The serial number will give the best indication.

When the mini-toggle is switched on you get neck+bridge in position 1, all pickups on in position 2, middle only in position 3, and position 4 and 5 are the same as 2 and 1.

As far as I know G&L only used those made in japan pots for a period in 1994 and maybe had a few left over and used in early 1995 and then went back to CTS pots, here's a pic of my 1994 Legacy control circut.
