Hi everyone, first time poster here. Recently got this F-100, they are extremely rare here in Australia!

That is a fine looking F-100 you have. Congrats!! Did you buy it domestically or was it shipped from overseas? It has been posted on this forum before how expensive it is to have a guitar shipped from the US to Australia, so I can imagine how rare they are. Nice to know there are even more rabid G&L fans down-under!

Yeah it's a beauty, and I love the neck. Seriously the best feeling neck (to me) I've ever played. I got it shipped over from the US; with the neck off it only cost $80 for postage which I thought was pretty good! I'd been keeping an eye out for an F-100 for years, and after eventually giving up on finding one in Australia bit the bullet and bought it sight unseen. It turned out great though and I'm looking for more! Would love an original SC-2, and an F-100 series 1.
