Which G&L neck profile is close to the Les Paul 60s style neck?

The #1 neck is similar to a '50s Les Paul. The #1a is thinner than that one and would be close to a '60s Les Paul. Both have a C-shape and a 12" finger board radius, like the Les Paul's.

Bear in mind that the scale length is different and the guitar will play differently because of this.

Well i am going to order a gl invader. and i have a lp standard with the 60s neck which feels great, and i also have a jackson DKMG. I hate the jackson neck. not sure if its too flat or too wide or what. but want to get it right when i order it. the dealer where i take lessons only has a few of the tribute models to try.

Wow, there are not many Invader owners here, that will be a rare guitar in a few years!

It looks like there aren't actually any options, neck wise, if you're ordering an Invader with a Floyd Rose - or so it says on the options section of the G&L website. I hope I'm mistaken. The neck it comes with looks to be the #3 - 12" radius, 1 11/16" at the nut. This neck would be more like a '50s Les Paul as it is .960" deep at the 12th fret, the '60s Les Paul is around 0.860", which is quite a difference.
