I am the original owner of this GbL LE from 1999. The guitar is in excellent, almost new condition, with all original parts. The guitar has been played lightly over the last 25 years. It has been meticulously taken care of: very seldom out of the house, wiped down after each playing, and fretboard oiled regularly.
There no dents or chips at all on the body or the neck. There is very faint hazing on the back that is essentially invisible unless you carefully look for it at certain angle. There is a little hazing on the pickguard from my habit of resting my pinky on the pickguard when I play; I am not a basher when I play. Frets show no sign of wear. The tweed case is in excellent shape. The two flip latches springs are broken so you have to use your finger to lift the latch when you unlock it. I contacted luggage sellers and was told they cannot fix them.
I am asking for $1700 for this guitar, shipping is additional and should be under $100. The guitar, in its case, will be shipped in a Uline guitar shipping box. If you live close and want to pick it up personally that can be arranged.
