So not long ago I part-ex'd a Squier Vintage Modified Custom II Tele with 2 x Duncan Design P90s for a Fullerton Red Tribute Fallout. Loved almost everything about the guitar apart from the weight and the bridge pickup which I felt could do with a little more oompf..(I'm not the most subtle of players

So the part-ex wasn't the best on the face of it and I was a little miffed I hadn't noticed the bridge pickup had been replaced with a Seymour Duncan JB..obviously the JB is a good pickup but it meant they'd dicked about with the electrics when I understood the guitar to be stock. Also didn't notice the JB was 50mm not 53mm..frustrating..anyway..I can wire and I sorted another humbucker.
That all being said, I'm kinda wanting to go back to a P90 in the bridge again like the old Custom II. I'm finding the humbucker kinda masks the true twang of the string and I'm missing that.
I should stress this is not a question about squeezing a legit P90 in the humbucker slot, I'm fine with humbucker sized P90s. Happy for others to discuss elsewhere how they are or are not P90's, for me it's a debate over semantics, that's the route I'm taking...which brings me to my questions..
1) Does anyone know the polarity of the neck P90 in the Fallout so I can hopefully get a reverse for the bridge position?
2) Does anyone have a humbucker sized P90 in the bridge of their Fallout that they love already, what is it and what do you love about it?
Cheers all!!! Stu
