I was lucky to catch an Umphrey's Mcgee show at Penn's Peak in the Pocono Mountains on Sunday PM.
Jake Cinninger, long time G&L user, was sporting a new comanche, looked like a honeyburst in most light, but in this pic looks like something different.
Of course, it sounded fab, especially in Jake's hands. For the Umphreaks here, I added the set list below. I was pleased that they played Senor Mouse, early 70's Chick Corea/Return to Forever, nicely executed!
set 1
night nurse
no diablo
plunger
sweetness
mail package
pure saturation
senor mouse
set 2
believe the lie
uncommon
remind me
baby your a rich man
remind me
the silent type
dump city
encore
orfeo
puppet string

Re: comanche in the wild
Sounds like a great show and looks like you had fantastic seats!
After always seeing him with a S-500 a Comanche is certainly a different look. But being a fan of Z-coils I bet it sounded glorious in his hands!
