I lost the DFV tension screw. Any hacks I can use to make the bar tighter other than having to buy the set screw from the GL online store?
Thanks.

Plumbers teflon tape, maybe some thin plastic stretched over the bar threads if you don't have teflon tape, surfco wrote:I lost the DFV tension screw. Any hacks I can use to make the bar tighter other than having to buy the set screw from the GL online store?

I'm sure you can find the specs for the screw and pick up something at a local hardware store. But I must ask, Why not just spring for the screw from the G&L webstore? It can't be that expensive...
