Here is a video of me playing my 1998 Legacy Special. I've replaced the bridge rail pickup with a full size Seymour Duncan JB4 humbucker.
This was a throw together gig awhile back at in the basement of BB Kings in Nashville. It was a private event and I was asked to be in the band. None of us had ever played together before, there was no song list prep for, and no rehearsal. About 10 different singers (whom most of us had never met) came up on stage and asked us to play the songs. So we totally had to wing it.
This video is FOLSOM PRISON and Johnny Cash's grandson, Thomas Gabriel, is singing. I have to confess that when I heard he was Cash's grandson I thought, "Oh brother, another no-talent celebrity relative" but man this guy could sing!
I hadn't played Folsom Prison in 30 or 40 years, but fortunately its not a hard tune!
Johnny Neel (Allman Brothers, Gov't Mule) is on keys, and the great Tim Gonzalez is on harp.

Thanks! As for the video, it shows up on my post when I look at it. I'm sure its some sort of operator error on my part!umma_gumma wrote:that was great!!
