1981 F-100 signature question

Finally got around to cleaning and doing some maintenance to my F-100 and thought I would ask if the signature on the neck pocket and neck heel is anyone of note.
I also have a L-2000 and the "series" part of the decal has been rubbed mostly off. Is there any way of getting a replacement decal? I work with piano refinishing and decals are easy to get for just about any piano but not so for guitars...At least not that I have found. Thank you.
