Vintage G&L F100 Series 2 Bridge spacing?

Post by goatofballstreet »

I used to own a series 2 f100 and I loved the feel of the neck and string spacing. I no longer own it and am wondering what was the string spacing at the bridge? I seem to remember the width at the nut being 1-5/8''

My '81 Series 1 (12" radius fretboard) neck (1 5/8" nut) F-100 has 2 1/4" spacing (E to E) at the saddles of the Locktight bridge.
The nut width and spacing should be the same for a Series 2 neck.

Hope this helps.
