Solamente in action

Post by sam »

G&L Solamente in my son's hands at his middle school jazz night. :happy0065:

He has commandeered this guitar from me over the past year and I am glad to let him play it all he wants. Proud dad for sure, especially when his teacher told him right before they all started that the two of them were going to do a back and forth solo between him on guitar and teacher on trumpet.

Surprised him with a new amp last night, post soon to follow.

Cool stuff Sam! BTW, the Alnico or the MFD version of the Solamente?

Excellent choice of guitar. Looks like he's having a blast too, got a nice 'guitar solo lean' going on!

That's awesome! Something to be proud of, that's for sure.

Nice guitar, too! I think a Solamente is in my future. :happy0007:

Jaime and Art thanks.

I got a few pics but had to go with the one that had the 'guitar solo lean'. Art if you find one you should not hesitate, they are exceptional guitars. I may have to find one with alnico's like Jos' in case I loose this one. ;)

Awesome picture. The guitar looks great . I have also been seriously considering one of these. And I agree, you should start looking for another because that one is gone for sure .
