A little back history. I ordered a hollow-body ASAT Classic Bluesboy 10-12 years ago when G&L first offered the Bluesboy. It sounded great and was nice and light but I could never get along with the neck carve - it never felt like "mine" if that makes sense. I have missed that guitar and always wanted another, but didn't want to take a chance on the neck and I wasn't thrilled with any of the standard carves G&L was offering. About a year and a half ago, my nephew bought a new Legacy with the modern classic carve. Holy cow, there it is - the neck I've been waiting for. SO last year I bought one of the special run Legacy nitros in fiesta red. It has become my number one. I thought I would treat myself to that Bluesboy and ordered this one on February 24. Exactly 28 days later it was delivered and that included 4 days in transit from CA to GA.
Full specs - ASAT Classic Bluesboy Semi-hollow, f-hole delete, Old School Tobacco Burst over swamp ash, wood binding, modern classic neck, model logo delete, tortoise guard.
It arrived in tune straight out of the box and after playing about and hour it is still in tune. Set-up was dead on. The photo isn't great, the top has a lot of grain and streaks. It really turned out exactly like I wanted. Big thanks to G&L and MusicStoreLive.

Very nice and classic! Congratulations...
Owning a G&L guitar is like having an amazing vintage instrument, but it's brand new...
