Like to know fretboard radius from Asat classic

Post by waywardchild »

Hello,

I'am looking to buy a second hand Asat classic, but i'd like to know the radius of the fretbord. (don't like the 12")
Seller doesnt have a build sheet, but kindly gave me the serial CLF47786.
Search the registry (can't find it) i think it's made in 2007, does anybody know's what the radius of standard neck was at the time ?
Is there a way to get a copy of build sheet ?

thx

The standard neck for this model was #2 neck which has a 7.5" radius, see: What are the USA neck size options, past and present?.

Custom Build Specification Certificate sheets from the factory (along with metal serial number plates) did not start until February 2011, see: Serial number significance.

Hope this helps.

The standard fret size was Medium Jumbo (Dunlop 6100) with Vintage frets (Dunlop 6230) as optional.

Try customer support and see if they can look up the build specs for this guitar. See: G&L Support page.

Hope this helps.
