1999 or 2000 ASAT Classic neck profile

I have a chance to purchase an ASAT from around 1999 or 2000 what's the neck going to be like? Thin, thick or medium c ? Were these hand finished and therefore do they vary from guitar to guitar. Are the frets medium or jumbo? Any insight would help.

Tough buying sight unseen. Not into thin shredder type necks.

It really depends upon which neck option it was built with. See this post in the G&L Knowledgebase: What are the USA neck size options, past and present?.
The default stock neck would have been the #2 neck. If you can get the serial number, I will see if one of my contacts at the factory can look it up next week.

G&L switched from the low-wide frets to the Medium Jumbo Dunlop 6100 frets on ASATs some time in 1992.
The first time G&L used Vintage Dunlop 6230 frets were on the George Fullerton Signature model in 1995.
In the Feb. 1, 1998 Price List, the Vintage Dunlop 6230 frets became available as an option for all guitars.
