How can I get a different size neck for my legacy special?

G&L Musical Instruments I think our repairs department can arrange it, but it's probably more sensible to buy an LS with the neck profile you like on it and sell the one you've got.

Doesn't sound like a good deal to me. The difference between the cost of a new guitar and the price you'll get for a used one is almost certainly greater than the cost of a new neck. I have the same problem. I have a Classic S with a modern U (?) neck and I'd like to replace the neck with a modern C. G&L "sells" necks on their web site, except that they're always sold out.
