#4 neck?
Anyone playing on one of these? Can you describe it? Are the saddles wider and/ or the string spacing wider like on acoustics? Is the shape round, C,D, V? Hoping it's close to the 50s tele and kinda baseball bat like. I can't find one in stock anywhere which surprises me. I thought more people would demand a wider nut width.

#4 necks have been discussed before so try using the Search function to see those past discussions.
I don't have any G&L's with a #4 neck nor have I played one, so I cannot comment further.
Hope this helps some.

I have 1 guitar with 1 3/4" and a Bass with 1 3/4"
Other than being wider at the nut, not much else to say. The spacing is easier on my fingers. No longer have to tip-toe around the board to prevent muting adjacent strings. Saddles are the same size on all neck widths. Not sure why Bigsby only works on a 1 5/8". How weird is that.
The neck is C shaped and I never owned a 50s tele to compare.
