luxe.
I have been wanting to try a G&L guitar for a while now. Unfortunately, there are no G&L dealers remotely close to where I live, and I have not had the time to take a weekend trip to check them out in person.
I just saw where Musician's Friend has some really good deals on a few ASAT models:
G&L Tribute ASAT Deluxe II Electric Guitar Irish Ale Stupid Deal of the Day for [actual price deletee]
http://www.musiciansfriend.com/guitars/ ... ric-guitar
G&L Tribute ASAT Deluxe Carved Top Electric Guitar Butterscotch Blonde Rosewood for [actual price deletee].

I really like the look of both of these guitars, but there were a few non-aesthetic differences that I noticed, including neck shape, nut width, and bridge. I have seen several reviews of the Carved Top but not nearly as many of the Deluxe II. Can anyone tried both of these tell me which one felt better?
Thanks a lot for the help.

Sorry. I didn't realize that prices weren't supposed to be posted. The stupid deal of the day has passed, so now I am really more interested in the Carved Top. I was almost set on the Butterscotch, but I am really liking the other colors as well.

I loved my Carved Top before I sold it.
