Will Ray Z-coil
Hi, all! New member here. I recently scored a Will Ray Z-coil pickup on ebay, but it didn't come with any mounting hardware. I'm not as familiar with G&L as I'd like to be, and was hoping someone could tell me what was used to mount the pickup. Does it use something similar to Strat pickups, or something unique?

Re: Will Ray Z-coil
Nice score! They just use regular pickup screws and springs - I can't remember the diameter and thread pitch off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure they're the same as strat pickup screws. Like these: http://www.allparts.com/pickup-screws-and-springs
If you take note of the length from the allparts site, then take the pickup down to the hardware shop and find some that fit, you'll be right

Cool. Thanks! Now if I can just find a routing template for it, I can use it for one of my tele-style partscaster projects...
