So I dropped a Suhr Humbucker in my Legacy HB...

The place to discuss, post photos, video, and audio of the G&L products (US instruments, stomp boxes, etc.) produced after 1991, including the amps & gear we use with them.

I've never liked the Duncan JB and promptly replaced it with a Suhr Aldridge and I must say, it's awesome. Much clearer, much more dynamic, fatter, warmer, splits better, and responds better to height adjustments.

I highly recommend any of the Suhr humbuckers for your HB loaded G&L.

I totally agree, I put a Suhr SSV in the bridge of mine, and 2 Suhr V54s in the neck/mid.
Huge difference for the better, that Duncan TB sounds like a tin can. Neck & Bridge pos sounds way more quacky too.
I did away with the PTB wiring also, wired it master vol, master tone & blender.
