Hey all, new guy here, eastern US. Just purchased a used G&L, will have it next week. I've been playing a 1975 Fender Strat since it was new ... later added a '71 Tele, '77 Les Paul, Ibanez, etc. Long time classic rocker, and fingerstyle on the acoustics.

Decided to look for a Cavalier, and found a sweet, well worn '83. Same neck size & profile as my old Fenders :shock: Can't wait to get it. I think the seller is a member here. Will update with photos after it arrives.

I have a couple of questions I'll post in the early G&L forum.

Welcome JT! Cavaliers are very special instruments. I love my '84 Cavalier-E.
