burnt g&l Legacy

Post by jcookis »

Hi, I am a proud owner of a G&L Legacy. Unfortunately I recently had a house fire and lost almost everything. I was able to save what was left of my G&L. It looks as though the body will buff out. The neck has a crack along the length of it. I am going to try to rehydrate it and glue the split. I was wondering if there was a way to replace the logo on the headstock. I'm not sure what to do.

Hi Jcookis, sorry to hear of the extreme misfortune of your house fire. We might benefit from seeing some pics of the damaged neck and body. There are instrux for posting photos in the G&L Forum section.
G&L does sell some replacement necks on their website, should that be necessary. Hopefully your Legacy is salvageable.

if it's a 4 bolt neck , I have a complete neck with reverse head stock and locking tuners ready to bolt on if you need that direction
