Hello All
Hopefully this works, Been a lurker here occasionally for years but finally decided to make it official. I have quite a few G&Ls in my collection and They are fine instruments. Mine are mostly sparkles from pre 2005, At the time no one was really putting the big flake on guitars other than G&L ,Italia or the occasional fender. It is cool to see that others are now starting to appreciate these sparkly gems and it is high time I get some good pics of mine and get them registered.

Hey Dan,
Welcome and thanks for jumping in. From another "flaky" guy you got great taste in gitars.
But no one round here believes ya without pictures.

Welcome Dan! I've had two large flake G&Ls - a John Jorgenson Signature ASAT I traded last year, and an ASAT Bass. I could never get either of them to photograph well. If you get some good pics, I would love to hear how you do it!

I suspect you are a fan of Los Straightjackets? Or perhaps a member.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, I am not a member of Los straightjackets just a huge fan of all surf music. The guitar showing in the reflection is a Mexican fender Nashville telecaster. ( thank you Jesse Ventura ) I will post more detailed pics of the G & Ls in the porn section in the future.

The more I look at it, the more I like the idea of a Jazz/Jag body with Cav pickups in it. It seems congruent.
