G&L F-100 Neck profile in modern Necks

Post by vgalo7 »

Hi Everyone,

Last month I got a beautiful F-100 from 1981, ebony fingerboard, pasive electronics. It has the most confortable neck profile I´ve ever played. So I am wondering which of the current neck profiles meets the specs of that early F-100? I want to buy a Legacy with that kind of neck.

Thanks for your help.

See these posts:

What are the USA neck size options, past and present?.

I think the closest neck profile is either the #1b or #2b, depending upon which fretboard radius you want.

Hope this helps.
