Truss rod problem with my Tribute Superhawk deluxe

I received my Tribute Superhawk deluxe its beautiful and sounds wicked nice clean blues on the split neck pickup but the tech that tried to set it up said the truss rod was practically unturnable luckily its not too bad where it is but I think it could be better but he didnt want to force it so we left it as is...what can I do thanks happy but....

Take it back to the selling G&L dealer and show them the issue. They should be able to take care of it under Warranty. See the G&L Support page for details.
